At Carolina Ranch, in Sant’Antioco in South Sardinia, we welcome companies and work teams who want to spend time together in a different way, surrounded by nature.
We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all package. Together with you, we build a tailor-made Team Experience, choosing activities, timings and social moments to suit the group and the experience you want to have.
Not your usual team building
You won’t find corporate exercises dreamt up at a desk. At Carolina Ranch we prefer something simpler and more authentic: doing something together.
Taking on a trail. Discovering a landscape. Sharing a new experience. Stopping to take in a view. Sitting down at the table together. Or ending the day by switching off the lights and looking up at the sky.
These are moments far from everyday working life that let people get to know each other in a completely different setting.

Every group is different. That’s why a Team Experience can be built by combining different Carolina Ranch activities.
On horseback
A ride along the west coast of Sant’Antioco, at a walk, in small groups and suitable even for those who have never ridden before. A slow-paced experience, immersed in nature, to share away from the daily routine.
By quad
A guided adventure exploring the island along dirt tracks, permitted routes and panoramic viewpoints. A more dynamic experience, suitable for beginners too. Each quad can carry a driver and a passenger.
Ranch Life
For groups looking for something completely different, we can create moments tied to daily life at the Ranch and working with the animals. A simple way to slow down, cooperate and share.
And then we sit down together
A Team Experience doesn’t have to end when the activity does. Depending on the group’s needs, we can also organise a social moment: an aperitivo, lunch, dinner or a tasting of local produce.
Options are agreed in advance according to the number of participants, the season and the chosen programme.
All the way to the stars
A Team Experience can carry on after sunset, too. For companies and groups we can also arrange a private stargazing experience, created with the professionals who run our stargazing nights.
It can be the finale of a day spent together or the very heart of the experience. Availability, programme and details are defined specifically for your group.
