From moonset to the Milky Way

Our tour guide Lisa Mura of Aguadora Experience, keeper of Sardinia’s stories and legends, will lead you through the age-old secrets of the secret location chosen for the event.

Tonight we will watch a thin sliver of Moon set, making way for the spectacle of the stars and the Milky Way. With astrophysicist Manuel Floris, we will look at the slender crescent through the telescope, then trace the summer constellations and tell their stories. Through the telescope we will also admire star clusters and nebulae, gazing into the depths of the Universe.
